Video Playback Issues

Error messages such as “Boo-Hoo! This video can’t be played with your current setup” indicate an incompatibility between the Vimeo embedded player and your web browser/operating system. Vimeo recommends

  • to use an up-to-date version of any of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, or Internet Explorer)
  • to use an up-to-date operating system.

We have also found out that switching on compatibility mode in new versions of Internet Explorer can be required for correct functioning of the videos.
